Best Water-Based Foundation for Oily and Combination Skin

This is a very short post with only 2 products. We couldn’t find any water-based foundations and these are the only ones we found that had no silicones at all.

This is a water-based foundation that should be suitable for oily and combination skin even sensitive skin.

It should be suitable for both skin types, but can feel heavy for oily skin.
