Tucuma oil for skin and hair
Tucuma oil (Astrocaryum Vulgare) is native to the Amazonian region, possibly to the state of Pará, where it is mainly centered and reaches Suriname and French Guiana.
The tucuma oil extracted from the pulp contains 25.6% saturated fatty acids and 74.4% unsaturated fatty acids composed of stearic, oleic, palmitic, and linoleic acids.
