Best Japanese sunscreens for Dry Skin

Now that we talked about the best Korean sunscreens for dry skin, let’s dive into the best Japanese sunscreens for dry skin.

This is going to be a really short product review because we couldn’t find much information online.

If you have dry or dehydrated sensitive skin, you will have to look for mineral and chemical Japanese sunscreens that are non-greasy, oil-free, replace makeup at some times and should be able to absorb into the skin quickly.

Also, make sure the PA rating of these sunscreens is PA++++ (this is the best rating).

Note: unlike chemical sunscreens, mineral sunscreens might leave a white cast on the skin.

Important Note

You shouldn’t fully rely on Japanese sunscreens for protecting your skin because they are a bit controversial. So we recommend using another American sunscreen along with the Japanese sunscreen (Japanese sunscreens are very light and should absorb into the skin properly).

How did we choose?

We chose each Japanese sunscreen based on how commonly it was used by people with dry skin and how many times it popped up on our radar.

The sunscreens we got in this product review use a combination of mineral and chemical UV filters so they should work for every type of dry skin.

To be honest, all of these sunscreens should be suitable for you as they all contain really high hydrating and moisturizing ingredients along with proper sun protection.

The only thing you need to keep in mind is whether the sunscreen should be a mineral or a chemical (although both will still work for dry skin types).
