• Anti-inflammatory and antiosteoarthritis: Ledebouriella Divaricata root extract showed anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting the production of NO, TNF-𝛼, PGE2, and IL-6 in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. SDE also attenuated stiffness and joint pain, inhibited the production of proinflammatory cytokines and mediators, and protected cartilage and subchondral bone tissue in an OA rat model. Therefore, Ledebouriella Divaricata root extract may be a potentially suitable therapeutic agent for OA and/or its associated symptoms.

• Allergic rhinitis: Ledebouriella Divaricata root extract can also be used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
